National Restaurant Show 2025

Bindi North America is pleased to announce our return to the National Restaurant Association Show in Chicago!

This year marks an exciting milestone: we are unveiling two iconic Italian brands to the U.S. market — Sammontana, Italy’s leading artisanal-style gelato producer, and Tre Marie, the historic Milanese brand celebrated for its elegant pastries and butter croissants.

Visitors to the booth will enjoy a curated tasting experience that reflects the Group’s evolving portfolio, including Tre Marie’s signature croissants, Sammontana’s new Cupola-format scoop gelato line designed for foodservice operators, and new creations from the 2025 Bindi collection.

The expanded brand portfolio is the result of a landmark operation that led to the formation of Sammontana Italia Group, a new holding company uniting Bindi, Sammontana, Tre Marie, Forno d’Asolo, and Gelpat. This ambition is further underscored by the recent acquisition of La Rocca Creative Cakes, a Canadian leader in premium in-store bakery.
